The following conditions apply to online orders:
Shipping terms:
Germany:
Shipping costs may vary depending on the type and quantity of products in an order. You can find the final shipping costs at checkout.
Domestic delivery (Germany) takes 3-5 days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at EUR 3.99 (first item). Free shipping on orders over EUR 90.
From November we will also send to other countries.
Austria:
Delivery to Austria takes 3-5 days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at 11.90 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 120 EUR.
Switzerland:
Delivery to Switzerland takes 3-7 days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at EUR 19.90. Free shipping on orders over EUR 2,500.
For delivery to Switzerland, we calculate the shipping costs at €39.90 per order from 0.1 kg to 20 kg, for packages weighing from 20 kg to 40 kg, another €39.90 etc., up to a maximum of €120 .
For shipping costs over EUR 39.90, we may have to charge you for additional shipping costs afterwards!
Europe:
Delivery to European countries takes 3-7 days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at EUR 19.90. Free shipping on orders over EUR 1,500.
Rest of the world:
International delivery takes 7-14 days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at EUR 69.90. Free shipping on orders over EUR 3,500.
For shipping costs over EUR 69.90, we may have to charge you for additional shipping costs afterwards!
Delivery times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction) and Incoming payments.
The specified delivery times refer to working days (Monday - Friday). When calculating delivery times, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account.
Sundays and holidays:
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery:
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods separately, unless we have made different agreements with you.

More payment details:
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
When paying via PayPal, your PayPal account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
